My wife and I started an LLC around a year ago. We bought our first property during this time and rented it for a year and then sold it. We are currently looking at other deals and would like to be around the 10 rental property mark soon. We are looking to include our children in this business and teach them how to work hard and live from your own business labors, not someone elses. Lord willing, we hope our family will succeed.

Sounds like great lessons for children.
I wish you the best!
I'm sure if you set your mind to it you can accomplish your goals. What's your timetable to get 10 properties?
