Hi, my name is Ben Fikes, and I live in Vestavia. This is my first post so I am looking forward to meeting all the BP members, and learning as much as possible. I am an re agent in the Birmingham area, but I look forward to moving more into the investing side of real estate. I do have experience in residential construction/ remodeling, and I have purchased one property that I rehabbed and now rent out. The next frontier for me is flipping as well as building my portfolio of buy/ hold properties. This website has me psyched with all the experience and material to learn from, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded people. Any advice for getting plugged in to the network of investors in Birmingham, as well as on this site?

@Ben Fikes  I like B ham  nice city very nice people.. unlike many of the southern cities I like the topography changes there.
