Realtor in Arkansas looking for true absentee investors

N/A N/A
Posted

Hi everyone,

I am a Realtor licensed in Arkansas and have been dealing in properties that are 50 to 75% of appraise values for out of state investors wanting to make a great return on these investments. These are properties that I can not purchase myself because the Arkansas Real Estate commission considers me a professional and considers my buying these properties myself as a way of taking advantage of the sellers. So, I am looking for someone who wants to take advantage of these deals, and can act quickly. This is not a get rich tommarrow scheme but a true way to build equity, and a line of credit that you can enjoy. If you might be interested in obtaining properties and either flipping them for a profit or renting
them for positive cash flow then email me. You can visit my web for
more details or contact me by phone at (501) 351-7810.

Thanks

We shall see what if any responses I get. With so many people promising immediate wealth on each deal with no money down, no credit, no experience, no education, no etc..... it makes it hard to find true investors who would just like to get a real good return on their money and do not have the time to go find these good deals. The great thing about investing in Arkansas properties is the property taxes are extremely low compared to a lot of other states giving these investors a bigger profit margin.

Thanks again for the welcome,
