My name is Ketan Kuruwa. I am a buy and hold investor in Morrisville NC. I accidently stumbled upon real estate investment when we moved from San Antonio, TX to Raleigh, NC and had to rent out our primary residence in Texas. Since then I have purchased another townhome in San Antonio. I also own a couple of townhomes in the Research Triangle Park area that are rented out. I am looking forward to networking on BP and expanding my horizon and get involved in multi-family properties in the triangle area in future.
