HI everyone! My name is will. I recently turned 26 years..I have a beautiful girlfriend of 2 years and our first kid is 16 days out! I work on cellphone towers and between traveling all the time for work and not being paid my worth,I am tired and I want to get started in real estate! My girlfriend and I are currently reading several books on flipping and investing...and I am lost in the dark at the moment.I am asking for answers to questions such as, where do I get money to stary? What kind of loan should I apply for? You think of a newbie question...and I'm probably going to ask it.I want to pick someone's brain who has experience and hopefully take a step in the right direction...thank you!!
