Howdy BP,

I must admit I have ghosted on this site for a number of years, but always felt this investing strategy was way outside my family and I's capability ($).  I just wish I had been active on the site vs reading articles over that same time.

We have one SF home that is now paid for and been rented consistently since 2007.  We have now arrived into a position that we are looking to expand our portfolio, in both SF and multi family units, right now 4 units to duplexes.

Well here I am now.  Looking to learn and capitalize on all of the amazing knowledge BP family has.  Also, build lasting friendships and lasting working relationships.

Congrats on your growth. That's awesome to hear about.
