Hello, I am a newb, but my wife has experience in real estate as a realtor, and one of her hobbies has always been finding increditable deals.  We run a small homestead growing as much of our own organic food as possible,  I also study and teach soil health and fertility as well as regenerative farming practices.   We are reaching a new stage in life and want to start building a portfolio of multifamily rental properties.  I have been listening to the podcasts ( starting back at #1) and exploring this site, and am finding the information very easy to access and understand!  I look forward to engaging members more as time goes on.
