Aspiring investor in Orem, UT

Hi there,

My name is Chris, I'm currently a student approaching graduation with a family of 6. I've always wanted to invest in real estate, but have never felt confident enough to get started - it always boggled my mind how anyone is able to get started in this business without a huge chunk of cash to get their foot in the door.

The last few days, thinking about my future with graduation only a couple months away, I've been thinking about this a lot more seriously, and started doing some real research. I have great career prospects in my chosen field, but I don't want to live my life in a cubicle hoping I can make the cut for the next round of layoffs. I want tangible financial security, and I want to retire young. At 28, I think this is a legitimate goal if I can get my foot in that door.

I'm hoping to meet some great people who can guide me on the path to that financial freedom, and perhaps work with me professionally in the future. Glad to be here!
