My name is Gregorio and I an a total newb at REI.

I joined BiggerPockets.com, hoping and committed to getting started in real estate wholesaling and I hear that BP is the place to be. Welcome @Gregorio Garcia. 


I lived in West Palm for 5 years and still own some buy and holds over there!  That place is a great place to invest. A lot of good guys over there, but there are some shady characters as well, so beware!
