Hello everyone!

I am a young civil engineer by profession, soon to be licensed. I enjoy construction and development in the Southern California area. I have an understanding of the city regulations and with that in mind, I have a growing interest in real estate. I'm fairly new to the industry but certainly eager to learn, make partners, and invest.

I am interested in learning about flipping SFR, holding multi family properties, and better understating what to look for and how to make a deal. I would like to do business in my backyard, Los Angeles and Fresno, to get me started before I move on to larger projects in other states. Also, among the lines of my profession, I would like to better understand development from a realtor perspective.

I look forward to working with some of you and learning about this industry, not just here in California but throughout the nation.
