Hi everyone, I'm Priscilla! I registered last week and am so excited to be here...hoping to learn from those of you that have experience.

I've been looking at houses and reading about real estate for about six months now. I was going to buy a home under FHA, but now I've decided to wholesale! I've been to a few seminars and have watched a few classes online.

I'm have so much energy behind this I can't concentrate on my regular daytime job. I'm really really hoping to do my first deal soon. Anyways, hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
