Hello all! After a couple of months of dabbling on the site and listening to the pods, I feel like I'm ready to take the plunge that is the new member intro. I'm a landman in the oil and gas industry and just obtained my RE license. I'm new to REI and would like to get to know investors in the Stark County area. I plan on attending the next Stark Co. REI club, however there isn't a lot of activity on their website or on meetup. I'm currently interested in acquiring single family or multi family units for cash flow/retirement and would eventually like to rehab and rent or flip.

I look forward to learning from the BP community.

Respectfully,

- Matthew
