Hello, my name is David W. I am a young 39 year old husband and father of two great kids. I am also self employed. I have done a few deals over the years and most have been successful. WE, REInvestorProfessor/RE360, are holding training fund raiser this (March 9th @5:30) Wednesday at my office/warehouse in conjunction with all the major Pittsburgh region real-estate groups, PREIA, ACRE, Westmorland REIA, etc.... All money raised goes to a fellow real estate professional who just lost their son to cancer.

I will be sharing how I took RE360 from 1 house to over 350 rental units(mostly single family houses), and we complete a couple flips or wholesales on a monthly basis as well.

Money is made by wholesaling houses, that is how I started out and the fast cash helped, but real estate is a long term game so building a well rounded business with rental properties(long term reoccurring income) and flips/wholesales(short term money makers) is the way to build wealth.

My goal is to share the thing I did right and the many, many, did I say many, things I did wrong so you can take your game to the next level while helping a good cause.
