Hello! My first post! Greetings from OC, CA
Hello everybody, my name is Cosmo Lee and I found this website through J Scott's website 123flip.com. I currently live in Orange County, CA and am an accountant with an active CPA license. No I don't know anything about taxes, all of my experience is on the audit side.
I've always been interested in real estate from an early age. A lot of individuals have built their net worth through real estate and I'm hoping to be one of those individuals as well. I only wish I found this website 6 months ago as I funded my Roth and invested another 30K in various mutual funds, but I still have 40k in cash. I hope to learn a lot from this site and correspond with many of you. Thanks for reading!

@Cosmo Lee Welcome! I'm also another local RE investor here in OC (Mission Viejo). I have experience with SFRs, duplexes and multifamily, all out-of-state, and some turn-key.
