Hello! I'm Michelle.
I have finally activated my BiggerPockets account, I have been listening to the podcasts here on Youtube for a while. I am 22 years old, and am struggling at the end of my college career.
I am currently considering a job in real estate (admin) to give me some income while I attempt to become involved in investment. I think it may be a good move for me instead of racking up more debt in college.
I hope to become active in the community here, and to be able to learn a lot from everyone!

Hi Michelle,
This is a great time in your life to set your foundation of knowledge and networking. Not sure what you mean by struggling at the end but I assume if your 22 your pretty close to graduating. Finish that. Nothing more useless than paying back student loans for 2/3 of a degree.
Being in college (while you may disagree now) gives you a huge advantage of having a lot of TIME. Take advantage of that. By being on here you are already more forward thinking than most of your peers (myself included at that age.) Carry a STRICT budget when it comes to your time and money. Do not waste either.
Good luck out there! Jim
