New member from South Carolina

Hi all! My name is Kathlene. I am a wife and mom of 2. Currently working full time (at a job - 'just over broke', in which I have outgrown and am under-appreciated.) I have spent years reading flipping books, going to seminars, watching HGTV, etc, etc. Just not enough guts to actually jump into the Real Estate investment world. I am definitely needing mentorship, in hopes to gain enough courage to finally stop torturing myself and begin my dream. I am also trying to get pass the fear of letting my family down on a dream that only I can see. Owning my own business flipping and possibly wholesaling has been my dream for years. I need as much GOOD advice and connections as possible to finally live my dream successfully!
