Hello dear BP community I have been following BP on YouTube for over a year.

I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .

I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field. 

It's a pleasure to be part of this Community "Family" I hope to help others and to learn more as well. Hello and welcome to BP!  I was born and raised in Dallas Texas.  I still live in Dallas County but not the City of Dallas.  I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.  I have a college degree in business that emphasized real estate.  Also in the same year that I graduated, in 1980, I got a broker license.  I had it for about 30 years before I let it expire.  I did a few deals for other people.  I did both residential and commercial deals.  Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business.  I have been in the construction business since I was 17.  My father has been doing real estate deals for about 40 years and I learned a little bit from him.  If you think I can help you with anything please contact me at any time at BP.  Good luck!
