Hello everyone, my name is Richmond Peters.  I am new to the Biggerpockets forums.  There seems to be a wealth of information on the website and from its members.  I really enjoy doing fix/flips and I will primarily focus on this method of investing at this time.  My experience includes four years of private lending, and three years of doing rehab projects.  Quite a rollercoaster ride!   I believe in building and maintaining strong business relationships with like-minded people.  I appreciate all your advice and perspectives in advance as I find this information priceless.  Now, go do a deal!
