I'm 32 living paycheck to paycheck in San Diego and have nothing to really show for it. I make $60-70,000 a year as well as an hvac service technician, my plan is to move in with some family, save about $10,000 and move back to Florida and get an fha for a triplex and live in it and fix it up. Has anybody else started in there 30s that was living check to check? Thankyou.
