 I am a young and hungry RE investor from Brockton Ma. i truly believe that "success leaves clues" any type of tips, stories, books, or references would be very appreciated.

I have recently just bought my first buy and hold property it is a single family home. But as my RE investing career grows I would like to learn more about flipping and wholesaling. 

I am truly excited to grow and learn with the help everyone within the Bigger Pockets community!
