New member from the Netherlands!

Hi BP,

I'm Mitchel from the Netherlands (more specifically: I live roughly between Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerp).

My primary source of income is my software company, but I'd like have some additional cash flow and therefore expand into REI. I'm not really interested in appreciation (I have stocks/bonds for that) or fixing/flipping.

I'm considering buying some recreational property in nearby areas with lots of tourism. That's how I got to BP. You guys rank pretty high in search engines when looking up information on REI ;)
