New to Austin

New to Austin!

Not a new member to BP (so Josh/Brandon sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section)

But I'm interested in Austin, Texas for investing.

Planning a mixed business/pleasure trip to Austin - first week of April. Given Amanda Han, CPA extraordinaire's podcast/recommendations, I want to plan ahead to possibly attend a local REIA, BP meeting, or at the very least meet up with other Investors, turnkey providers for a coffee meetup (on me!)

I'm a buy and hold investor with 8 properties under my belt...finishing up my 9th property in Atlanta in May (brand new construction).  I have properties in Houston and San Antonio currently.

I'm interested to see where Austin is going due the collision of high tech explosion combined with downturn of oil.

thanks,

Joe
