Hi BP'ers!

This site is amazing. If I had a wish list of what I want to have in a REI website, this would be it.

I am looking for cash flow with out of state rental investments. My goal is to be able to retire at 50, which is 10 years away. 

When I lose weight and get hair transplants I'll post my pic, until than I'll have Atticus Finch "represent". Mahalo!!!
