My name is Chris Lohan and I reside in El Dorado County, Northern California. I have been interested in real estate since I was very young and now, at age 20, I have decided to start making some dedicated steps. I have a background in construction, pride myself in being very handy, and have always had a knack for reselling items. Currently my primary interest is flipping homes but I also want to build a portfolio of income properties and start a property management business. Obviously I have some pretty high expectations for myself but I have always been a firm believer in shooting for the stars. I have a few connections in real estate, but I myself am just starting off and would love to network and build a working relationship with other local investors. I also am in search of a good wholesaler in or near El Dorado, Amador, Placer, Sacramento County area.
