Hi All,

My name is Spencer Wells.  I grew up and currently live in the Los Altos/Palo Alto area.  I am very interested in learning how to get into income property investments, buy and hold techniques and financing, and creating proformas to manage and predict cash flows.  I am a very outgoing person and love to connect with other in the local community!
