My name is Charles. I currently reside in Philadelphia, PA, and I´m looking for a mentor that will set aside some time to help me get started as a real estate investor.

When I realized the benefits  of investing I began to search for knowledge. My only problem to solve was ¨how can I do this with bad credit and no money out of my pocket?¨ Today, I still crave the knowledge to this question.
