My first deal taught me the necessity of systems!

Greetings everyone. Brandon suggested I come introduce myself, so...I'm T.K. and I began my real estate wholesaling business in Nov. 2015 in Atlanta, Ga. and I'm closing my first deal in March! I'm excited, but a little overwhelmed. I need systems!!!! I'm looking for a contact organization system, a lead generation system, marketing systems (internet and direct mail), and a system that allows me to invest virtually, freeing up my time. I have one in mind, but I'll wait to see what the experienced and successful investors say...I look forward to learning from you all.

 Nice to meet you. I am also interested in becoming a wholesaler to start out in real estate. I am learning and reading books currently so before I take my first crack at it, I have those systems in place and can minimize my mistakes for my businesses success. I'd love to talk to you about your first deal also if you don't mind sharing the details.
