Hello everyone, I would like to introduced myself to the group. My name is Alfred and I’m looking forward to reading and learning from everyone here; “The good, The bad and The ugly”. Right now I’m interested in buy and hold, I don’t have the desire to rehab and sale, yet. :) So I will see what happens.
