Hi everyone,

My name is Jacob Geller.  I'm a newbie from Melrose, Massachusetts.  My wife and I are looking into purchasing our first multi-family somewhere in the Boston area to start building some wealth in rentals.  My day job is as an attorney (not a real estate attorney), and I did pick up my real estate brokers license (easy to do as an attorney in Massachusetts!).

This is our first foray into real estate (other than purchasing the single family we live in), and very excited.  I've listened to a couple dozen BiggerPockets podcasts, read several books, and try to do as much research into things as I can, but we're ready to jump in this spring, finally!

Thanks!

-Jacob Geller
