My name is Jeffrey Egnatz. I service time sensitive acquisitions and dispositions for Asset Portfolio Managers, Groups and Individual Investors, throughout the State of Indiana. In addition, I am a Selling Agent, Listing Specialist and Marketing Strategist for Retail Customers and Clients. I apply a strong analytical approach and enjoy developing relationships, assisting in any capacity.  I have 15 years of real estate brokerage experience.  As a long time resident of Indiana, I am well connected in the community and have a vast residential, commercial and new construction sales experience, as well.   

After receiving my degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona, I became a Equity Floor Trader at the Pacific Coast and Chicago Stock Exchanges. There I learned to evaluate markets from a macro and micro economic perspective and apply this experience to real estate. Given the fluctuations and difficulties of all markets, I am able to reassess and modify certain objectives, to ensure they are achieved successfully.  I enjoy working with people and helping them realize their goals. I am outstanding in communicating and relating to clients, maintaining constant contact using the latest technology and keeping them informed on any developments, which may affect the purchasing, sales and marketing process.  I am very passionate about the industry and welcome all to reach out to me, for anything.
