Hello all,

I am fortunate enough to have held a good job with a good pension for the past 18 years.  I have experience with developing systems and strategies to operate large public organizations, but I have little experience on my own or outside of the public sphere.   

I am looking for investments that will add income.  I live in a suburb outside of New York City and have no real estate experience.
