Hi Everybody,

I am an experienced investor and property manager in the Detroit, MI area, based out of Grosse Pointe. I discovered BP a few years ago but unfortunately have not gotten involved until now.  Big mistake!  This is a great resource for anyone involved in the industry.

I've been involved in commercial real estate for 15 years with experience in management, development, brokerage and investment.  Have analyzed over $2 Billion worth of deals, developed over $170 Million of projects and sold over $110 million of multi-family properties in my career.  Additionally, I have a Masters in Real Estate Development from MIT and am a licensed real estate associate broker in Michigan.

I am working to build my company, Spire Equities LLC, as we continue to purchase investment properties and expand our 3rd party property management business in the Detroit area. I look forward to learning new ideas and sharing experiences and advice with members on this forum as you can never learn enough about our dynamic real estate industry.
