Hello all!

A bit about what makes me tick: if it's about cooking or bikes, I'm into it. Originally a refugee from Ukraine, I've lived in Louisville, Kentucky 19 out of the last 22 years, with the three other years spent in wonderful Washington, DC. 

For my full-time gig, I am a management side Labor & Employment attorney who is getting his feet wet with multi-family investing and house-hacking. I am about to close on my first property - a triplex in the Old Louisville neighborhood where tons of folks are investing in rentals. Tons of deferred maintenance to cut my teeth on!
