Husband and Wife team, Seth & Beth here from Brooklyn NY. We are new to the real estate investing world, but both have synergies that we hope will be helpful.  

Beth has experience in architecture & design, (primarily commercial properties and multi-family residential), and Seth has experience managing people, process and finance. Both of us are financially motivated and excited to learn as much as we can about real estate investing. 

We recently finished reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" which modivated us to find out more and led us to the "Bigger Pockets" podcast... 

Our short term goal is to buy and hold resulting in 2-3 rental incomes and our long term goal is to have financial freedom. Any advice or tips are welcomed.
