Hello my new-found Bigger Pockets Family!

I am Katie Brooks currently living in Atlanta GA, 24 years old and a student in business administration and marketing (with a dual major in real estate).

Presently, I am a senior marketing and implementation coordinator of an E-learning software company from the United Kingdom. I decided to join Biggerpockets as I have always been fascinated in real estate and figured this would be a great place to network, acquire more knowledge, and absorb as much as I can to become a deal closing animal in the world of Real Estate Investing. As my story may relate to most, I have quickly grown sick of the dead end 9 to 5. I've now found my niche interest in wholesaling properties. Any tips or advice in getting started and continuing my journey in wholesaling real estate is more than welcomed!
