Beginner needing advice

Hello all! I am from the KCMO area and new to real estate investing and I am needing some guidance in how to get started. My long term goal is to have many buy and hold properties but as of now I have very little money to start out. I am also interested in working with flips and wholesales so I have been reading and listening to the podcasts and would like all the helpful info I can get to get started. I'm always hearing that the best way to learn is to just get out there and do it but I'm just stuck on how to get started with a full time job. I am extremely motivated and ready to learn every thing I can to become the best I can be. Thanks
