My name is Cory Bray and I'm an investor in Arkansas. I'm 25 and started investing almost 3 years ago by purchasing owner financed mortgages. Since then I've moved on to the foreclosure market and business is great. Our company buys and sells packages of REO nationawide. Almost always directly from banks looking to generate capital. We then market and owner fianace our properties for the long term revenue. So far we have been very successful but we know there is still a lot to learn. I'm here to network and learn from everyone here to better my business and make some friends in the industry.
