My name is Jennifer, and I'm from a small town in New Hampshire. I joined BP a while ago, but up to this point I've just been doing a lot of reading, and listening to the incredibly informative podcasts on BP. I decided it's a new year, and it's time to start getting actively involved in both BP and the real estate investing world.

My interests are in buy and hold, and I'm looking to purchase small (2 -4 unit) multi-family properties in Concord, NH.

I'm looking for a knowledgeable realtor in the Concord area, who has experience in real estate investing. Particularly in small multi-family properties. If anyone happens to know of one they could recommend, that would be most appreciated!
