Hello from Las Vegas, NV!

Good evening everybody, 

My name's Jorge, I'm from Las Vegas, NV, and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community. I've been an active listener of the BP podcast for a couple of months now and I can't believe I waited this long to join. I've heard really great things and I'm excited to get to know you all!

My first question:

I'm sure this gets asked all the time, but I just purchased an Audible subscription and I'm undecided on what to listen to first. Any ideas? I'm open to anything, real estate related or otherwise.
