Good Morning everyone, 

This is my first post here on BiggerPockets.com and a newly licenced real estate agent in Florida, currently working with Century 21. I am looking to get involved in a more investment based real estate brokerage and start wholesale deals to be able to one day invest in flips, rentals and buy/holds. If anyone has information on where to begin,  I am all ears. Thanks for your time reading this and hope to hear back from some like minded people!

@John Rogers Thank you for your response. I have been looking into Meetup.com and other sources to go visit one of the Central Florida Realtor Investor meetings and other networking events.

I have contacted some of the local Investment Brokerages and they all seem to have the same way of thinking when it comes to newly licensed agents and me joining their teams. 

Being so new to this world I am just going off trial and error and reading forums here on bigger pockets. As I am typing this I just recieved an email from a brokerage who specializes in vacation rentals around disney area and the attractions. Good things happening and just want to continue to grow and learn as much as I can about real estate and investing. Thanks again for your response John!
