Hello my name is Nicholas. My fiancé, Whitney, and I are talking a step in a new direction in our lives. We want to become REI. We aren't trying to turn it into a full time job at the moment, but that could change in the future. We are trying to do about 2 flips a year or purchase a rental if the opportunity presents itself. This is because we both have full time jobs. She is a teacher and I'm a field service engineer. Being out of the state/country 5 days out the week slows us down. I hope to soak in all the information I possibly can and become a great investor in the process.
