Trying to find investors to help fund my first transaction.

    Hello to all the successful entrepreneurs.  My name is Jonathan Tancredi and I have a dream.  For many years now I have dreamed about flipping properties.  In the 80's I have been involved with construction and contractors building and repairing middle class single family homes.  As we all know Knowledge is power and it takes money and time to make money.  We all have to start somewhere.  When I complete my first transaction I can then use that money to acquire the millions waiting in my future.  I am only 62 numerically but biologically my doctors tell me I am only 30.  I guess you can call me a health fanatic.  I have one more chapter in my life and I am determined to establish and acquire my lifetime dream.  Like the saying goes /  The only way to turn dreams into reality is to take what we learn from the past and use it to go forward.  Knowledge is definitely power and ignorance destroys.  I am determined to accomplish my lifetime dream.  If I can find an investor that could help fund my first property I could turn that info millions in the near future.  Again, as we all know / it takes money to make money.

    I currently live in the San Fernando Valley Ca.  North Hills area.  I am looking for middle class single family homes.  The old saying / The ugly duck in a nice neighborhood.  I am primarily looking for cosmetic distressed properties.  Basically looking for pre foreclosures, foreclosures, probates, bank owned and auctions to start out with.  Eventually I would like to purchase the million dollar homes once I get a few properties under my belt.  I believe in the win / win scenario.  I live my life believing in Karma in every way and fashion.  Life is definitely a magnet.  How we treat people is the very essence of success or failure.
