Hi everyone,

My name is Everaldo Defreitas and got involved with real state investing about two and half years ago. Since then I've done a few flips, bought a single rental and a triplex. I also acquire some properties that I will be rehabbing soon and holding for some extra cash flow as well as some lots down in Florida. My target for this year is to get into apartment buildings.
