Hey guys,

My name is Jarold but most just call me Jay. I'm a full time sheet metal worker but probably spend just as much time working on my wholesaling business. I got into real estate about a year ago where my partner and I purchased our 1st buy and hold property in Jersey City and we're about to close on our 3rd in about a month.  BP has been a huge resource to us and thought it was way overdue for me to start posting. I'm looking to grow my wholesaling business exponentially this new year and hope to build a huge team and Joint venture with many of you for years to come. Happy New year!
