New to Investing and Brokering

Hello BP.  My name is Charley S. and I am a Denver native recently returned home.  I have just taken and passed my broker's licensing exam and am wide open.  I'm interested in any good advice about employing brokers and directions to take. For my own sake, I'd like to become a buy and hold investor with an interest in short term rentals.  Any advice would be much appreciated.
