In which States is Wholesaling Illegal

Community before me and my partners get deeply involved in  real estate wholesaling can I get advise on which states are illegal to do wholesaling.

Chris, all states require a license at some point, none condone entering into a contract to purchase and assigning the contract as a business model. learn ways to take title with a real buyer, use transactional funds, use seller financing, use the tenants in common approach, use an LLC and admit the buyer to the LLC. These methods taking title are legal in all states. Learn real estate before jumping in! Good luck :)
