Hello Everyone,

I'm a mechanical engineer from California who has been listening to the podcasts for a few months.

I'm hoping to get involved in rental properties for extra cash flow - hoping to make my first purchase in 2016.

Any suggestions for nearby markets to look at with properties around 50-80k?
