Hello,

I've been investing on the Phoenix area for about two years. I am a Fortune Builder (Than Merills program) and I also study John Burley's and Jack Bosch's teachings. My ultimate goal is to acquire cash flow producing assets, but I have and will continue to do wholesales and flips for quick cash when necessary. I own two rentals (one in a SD-IRA) and also invest in raw land. I'm focusing my single family home investing west of I-17 in the Phoenix area as I live in Goodyear.
