Hello everyone! I am currently working retail and am trying to find other ways to earn money so I can be home more and NOT have to work another Black Friday! Hoping to learn mostly about flipping and rental properties. I've always been interested in real estate, but never fully taken the plunge. Ready to learn from this great community!
