Hello BP my name is Joseph from NY Jamaica queens. i am happy to be part of this growing vessel of knowledge available to all those seeking.  I wish to share my unique situation with the community and receive as much feedback as possibe. Okay so about 3 years back my grandparents who my twin sister and I were raised passed away. They left three properties to the estate for us to control one had to be sold for their children and the two days left for us. One single family another multiple unit. So my sister and I pulled all resources together and rehab both basements to make livable then I moved into the basement of the multifamily and rented out both units of the house that I lived in. Now i will be with my sister for a few months in her basement in order to rent my unit and try and save for downpayment for another multi unit property for my growing family while renting the other side. The problem is now getting financing for this property that we are interested in purchasing anybody can help me with this both homes are paid off for but I have credit that can use some work. I am very passionate about my familys new venture and rentals i have have come to realize that i am great with ppl aswell *** a good landlord and it shows from the tenants Sorry for the  drawn out story but I wanted to paint a full picture thanks.
